In addition, we advise our clients on real estate economic analyses and within the scope of due diligence audits.

Junior/Senior consultant (Valuation) (m/f/d)

with a focus on the market value valuation of real estate

YOUR DUTY

Property valuation in the national and international environment for all types of use
Accompanying site visits
Performing object analyses
Market and location analysis based on own and researched data
review of external market value reports

YOUR SKILLS

Business or technical degree or real estate-specific professional experience
affection for real estate - markets, transactions, management
knowledge of Microsoft Office
Initiative as well as creative and solution-oriented way of working
efficient, self-reliant action and reliability
Good knowledge of German and English (other foreign languages an advantage)
